  22.     I've been reading all this moaning and graoning about NewTek taking so long to
  23. release a product that was suppose to ship nearly a year ago.

  25.     I would guess that we are all upset by it.  I remember when the Toaster
  26. first came.  There was not even a word about it until they were ready to ship.
  27.  Then they advertised all these bells and whistles and YOU COULD ACTUALLY ORDER
  28. AND GET IT!   I suppose those days are over since it is common practice to
  29. advertise things long before they are ready.

  31.     There is one thing I wish NewTek would do that would seperate them from
  32. every other company out there.  Send letters to all those who ordered these
  33. products explaining the status of the products.  I know half the gripes on this
  34. email list would never see the light of day.  I personally would feel good that
  35. a company cares.

  37.     So many companies take the time to wow you with glossy brochures and
  38. ads but when things don't go right...nothing!  The only way I find out anything
  39. is through this mailing list.  Is that right?
